Agents that finish the work, not just start it

Multi-step work across your CRM, email, ERP and spreadsheets, done end to end. The agent asks a person before anything important, and keeps a record of every step it took.

In short

What is AI workflow automation?

AI workflow automation uses AI agents to carry out multi-step business tasks from start to finish, such as matching bank entries to invoices, updating a CRM after a call or preparing a daily report. Unlike fixed scripts, an agent reads what came in and decides the next step using your rules. Acropine builds these agents to work across CRM, email, Tally, ERP and spreadsheets, and to ask a person for approval before anything important.

How it works

  1. 1

    Trigger

A new file, email, form or time of day starts the run.

  2. 2

    Read and decide

The agent reads what came in and works out the next step using your rules.

  3. 3

    Act across tools

It updates the CRM, ERP or sheet through their APIs, not by clicking around a screen.

  4. 4

    Check with a person

Payments, refunds and anything unusual wait in an approval queue.

  5. 5

    Log and report

Every step is recorded, so you can see what the agent did and why.

Common questions

Is this the same as RPA?

No. RPA follows fixed clicks on a screen and breaks when a layout changes. Our agents work through APIs and can read messy inputs like emails and PDFs, then decide the next step within the rules you set.

What if the agent gets something wrong?

Anything with money or customer impact goes to a person first. Mistakes that do get through are logged, fixed and added to the test set, so the same mistake is checked for before every future change.

Do we need to change our software?

Usually not. We connect to the tools you already use. If a system has no API, we can often work with its exports or email reports instead.
